Anterior Column Fracture with
Anterior Dislocation of the Hip
A 18 years old boy had truck accident fracturing his Right acetabulum
in six pieces with dislocation of his hip
This is the same case as acetabulum/case4.php hence give the
same link
Anatomical surgical reconstruction was carried out by anterior
ilioinguinal approach. All the pieces were realigned and fixed
and the hip joint was reduced to its original position
