Quadrilateral plate is the junction where 3 parts of innominate
bone, the Ilium, the Ischeum and the Pubis meet.
Situated deep in the pelvic part of the abdominal cavity,
it is impossible to approach it directly during the surgery.
Hence its reconstruction is challenging.
Fracture through the quadrilateral plate resulting
in central dislocation. Treated with anterior approach, lag screw fixation
and radius T plate used to buttress the broken quadrilateral plate.
