Gross Varus Deformity

Mr. S, 75 years old gentleman, presented with varus deformity of 45 degrees in his left knee and 30 degrees in the right. Even with a walking stick, he could hardly walk. X-rays of his left knee joint showed loss of medial tibial condyle. He had taken hydrocortisone injections in both knee joints in past.
