18 years old boy had truck accident fracturing his Right acetabulum in
six pieces with dislocation of his hip.

Anatomical surgical reconstruction was carried out by anterior ilioinguinal approach. All the pieces were realigned and fixed and the hip joint was reduced to its original position. |
