5 years old child had fracture through his right forearm bones which failed to heal even with treatment. This challenging case was taken up for healing without major surgery using technique of Distraction Osteogenesis.

A mini fixator was applied on the unhealed bone. With controlled distraction, the fracture healed restoring normalcy.
